"“I am happy you will no longer be my customer” -Jalen Hudson 3-2-26: I spoke to Jalen Hudson today regarding never receiving my rental vehicle although it was requested at the time of the claim on 2-2-26. My vehicle sat in the shop for an extended 8 days (I was without a vehicle for over 25 days due to State Farm). State Farm gave me a partial check for this issue but declined to reimburse the remaining balance I was promised. I was assured today the customer service representative I spoke with had received further training from our conversation on 2-27-26, I was also assured today by Jalen that he was “going out of his way” to help me, I was also promptly assured he was “happy I will no longer be his customer”. If you absolutely have to go with State Farm at least avoid Jalen Hudson’s franchise. 2-27-26: This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Jalen’s office miscommunicated, misrepresented, and held my vehicle for over 22 days. STAY AWAY. Initial review: LaVonn was very knowledgeable and provided great dialogue."

Our office works hard to advocate for our customers, and while we don't ultimately make the decisions on claims in our office (they are handled through State Farms claims department), we do our best to communicate clearly and assist however we can. At times, conversations can become tense when expectations are not aligned, but it is never our intention to leave anyone feeling unheard. If there is anything still unresolved, I am happy to review the details once more and ensure everything has been properly explained. We wish you the best moving forward. "
