"“I am happy you will no longer be my customer” -Jalen Hudson 3-2-26: I spoke to Jalen Hudson today regarding never receiving my rental vehicle although it was requested at the time of the claim on 2-2-26. My vehicle sat in the shop for an extended 8 days (I was without a vehicle for over 25 days due to State Farm). State Farm gave me a partial check for this issue but declined to reimburse the remaining balance I was promised. I was assured today the customer service representative I spoke with had received further training from our conversation on 2-27-26, I was also assured today by Jalen that he was “going out of his way” to help me, I was also promptly assured he was “happy I will no longer be his customer”. If you absolutely have to go with State Farm at least avoid Jalen Hudson’s franchise. 2-27-26: This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Jalen’s office miscommunicated, misrepresented, and held my vehicle for over 22 days. STAY AWAY. Initial review: LaVonn was very knowledgeable and provided great dialogue."
